RETURNS POLICY 

  • The goods once delivered cannot be returned.
  • PrasnnaJyot is not responsible for damage of goods after delivery. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be reported to customer service on the delivery date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the card holder.
